I allow myself one "cheat" day a week. I try to be good all week, then on Saturday it's on!!! I then usually work out extra on Sunday. Although the last month has been one solid binge, I'm back on the wagon again. Good luck, I know it's really hard. Also, drinking a full glass of water before eating any meal, does help!!!

This^ throw away your scale and start taking body measurements. Muscle is denser than fat, so it takes up less room. It's possible the scale is higher but your body is smaller

I love Silk's low calorie chocolate milk, and Almond vanilla is really yummy!! Also for health reasons my son had to switch from Vit D to fat free milk. It took him a couple of weeks to get used to it, but now he actually prefers the fat free. He says reg milk is too thick for his tastes :) He was 15 when he had to switch

you can do pre stretches that do help. I'll stand in front of a curb and step up on it, put one foot behind curb and kind of use curb to bend your foot back. You'll feel the stretch in your shins. You can use steps if no curbs are around. Also make sure you have the correct shoes for your feet

I'm training for my 1st half following Hal Higdon's training program. That program has you strength training one day a week, then run 3 days, rest 1, cross train 1, then a long run on Sunday.

I used to hate running, still not my favorite. I just set little goals for myself. I finally did a 5k under 30 mins. I'm signed up for my 1st half in April. Just take baby steps. my s/o and I run together a few times a week. He is way farther advanced than I am, so he does it just to support me. We also try to eat healthier together. For me it's easier to stay on track when we're doing this as a team.

stay away from the buffet, you can request steamed veggies, most chinese places also have fish. Just stay away from the sauces. I can't comment on sushi I know nothing about it.
