sometimes we work with what we have. I'd LOVE to lift, I love the look of a toned and muscular female form, but alas I don't have the funds for a gym. So I run, and hike and climb dunes.

I say buzz cut first, then you can try the bald look. My guy went buzzed for a couple months, now he shaves. He looks great either way. Just please don't do the "comb over" yuck!!!

I'm so glad you shared. I'm 44 now and between your wife's before and after. Its a great message for us as we're getting older. It's not too late to get into shape. I started at 42 yrs old and have lost 35lbs. My trainer is 47 and could easily win a bikini contest. Guess the point really is... Age is just a number.…

my opinion, is you need more fat. Not greasy deep fried junk, but good fat. Found in avocados and nuts. An extremely low fat diet can cause your hair and nails serious issues. I'm not a Dr or a Nutritionist. These are things I've picked up. Make sure your body is getting enough calories and nutrients. Maybe you should seek…

I have kayaked twice. I LOVE it!!! I live right on Lake Michigan and there are tons of rivers . I only have Sundays off though so finding time isn't always easy. Hoping to buy one next year:)
