I've done a mud run, super fun, lots of obstacles with a nice dirty mud bath at the end. I've done a zombie-ish run, way fun and I'm doing a warrior dash in 2 weeks.

my awesome was getting up and hiking for an hr, climbing the equivalent of 71 flights of stairs, oh and getting a mani/pedi after. HEAVEN!!!!

I'm a huge fan of bikram or "hot" yoga. I always lose weight after a class, though I'm pretty sure its water weight, lol. It does help w/ the ego on the scale the next am. I think any movement will help. Yoga is peaceful and relaxing, though the calorie burn may not be what you want, at least your moving. Google low impact…

start out w/ light weights. Maybe 5lbs. Increase weight when your able, just don't quit!!!!

what I've heard from alot of people is... you diet to look good in clothes, you exercise to look good out of them:) Just move. Even if its a few steps here and there. C25K = couch to 5k. I've never tried but have a friend that did and it worked for her. It literally gets you off the couch and running a 5k over a course of time.
