I know that my S.O and I just did the same workout and MFP said I burned 446 cals and he burned 495. He is 3 inches taller and a bit heavier, so my guess is its to your height & weight, or maybe it just goes by male & female, lol. who knows:)

YES!!!! I have this argument all the time w/ friends who are dieting and exercising and not seeing a difference on the scale. 5lbs is 5lbs is 5lbs..... Some things are just less bulky:) Thank you!!!!

I go to the store every few days so I always have fresh produce. I buy the bulk once a week still. Like others have said, buy frozen, even your fruits, just make sure there is no sugar added. Meal planning is hardest for me as well, especially when you have picky teenagers that could live on burgers, pizzas and Taco Bell:)

quit weighing yourself with the scale, and measure yourself instead. Maybe your replacing fat w/ muscle. 5lbs of fat weighs the same as 5lbs of muscle, however muscle takes up a whole lot less space. If your clothes are fitting better then your still on the right track:)

are you hungry? I say if your still over 1100 calories and aren't really hungry don't worry about it. Otherwise, grab a light snack. Nuts, fresh fruit maybe some veggies:)

fresh fruit, low fat or fat free cottage cheese. Maybe a half sandwich... I will do 1 slice whole grain and 1 wedge of laughing cow spreadable cheese. Weight watchers cheese sticks. Almonds... I could go on & on, lol

You'll never know unless you try:) I went w/ baby steps. Short walks that turned to long walks. Walks that turned to hiking, then climbing hills, dunes, etc. I can now run a 5k without stopping. I take broccoli slaw (got bored w/ lettuce) mushrooms, feta cheese and 2tbs low cal italian dressing.. mix it up in the am, by lunch time the feta has blended w/ the dressing and made a creamy yummy sauce. Delish!!! Add whatever you'd put in a normal salad. Its something diffferent

you are always your own worst critic. I lost 20 before I "seen" any results. Like others before have said, keep track of your measurements. An inch here or there isn't really noticeable w/ the naked eye, but on paper its like "YES!!!" Keep up the great work!!
