My goal is 100 pounds exactly. I've lost 30 from my highest already. Reaching my goal weight means I won't need a CPAP machine anymore!!

Just keep going! Crunches and other ab exercises will tighten up your muscles, but ultimately it's fat loss that will stop your belly from sticking out. Obviously what you're doing is working- I know it's hard to be patient but you can do it!!

Let me tell you how brilliant this was. I was reading through and poised, fingers above the keys, to fire back a WHO THE HELL HOW DARE SHE WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS OH NO SHE DIDN"T... and then I read the end. WOW. How true this is. Thank you for sharing.

Get out there. I've done a 5k where I, and I mean this in the most literal way possible, came in second to last. SO THE FREAK WHAT? I still did it! And as I've lost weight and gotten stronger I've gotten faster. My next 5k is in September and I bet you I won't come in second to last then! Have fun!

So happy for you, and striving toward the day when I can say the same!

UGH... I JUST got finished writing a status about this very thing... I work so hard during the week only to undo much of it on the weekend. Thank God I kept up with my workouts... I haven't weighed myself this morning, but I'm hoping it's not so bad this week.

Do not date or marry ____ _____. Just don't. Neither one of you are ready or mature enough to handle the kind of relationship he's asking for. MAJOR IN MUSIC. GET YOUR DOCTORATE. TEACH. Parents will deal. That stuff about "Those who can't do, teach" is utter BULLCRAP. DON"T fall for it. Dayton, OH will be a great city…

My husband absolutely would as well. I was overweight at my wedding... and you know what? I lived and we managed to have an amazing, beautiful day. Now we're married and both of us are working on being more healthy TOGETHER, doing it the right and lasting way...

Sorry for the trouble dude- I wasn't a friend before but I'd love to support you from here on! Let's get it!

LOL I absolutely LOVE cottage cheese. I do understand how some people would find the texture unappealing (like my husband)... but I still love it. :-)
