I've noticed that too. I'm just guessing which one is right and since I weigh myself daily I can kind of see if I went over with my calories of if porions were right. But I would love to read other opinions and suggestions. I especially have problems with "guessing" correct size/amount of my homemade food.

Yup, totally! Let me tell you that we have 2 doubledoor refridgerators and one huge deep freezer. We make a lot of our meals in bulk ahead of time and put them in jars (soups, stews and "soupy" dishes). We make our own sausage from scratch (usually around 60lbs at a time) and use the vacuum pack to pack them and store. We…

I grind my chicken and turkey meat. I love breakfast patties made from that. Just add powdered garlic and any spices you like and voila!

Hello everyone, My name is Kate and I just joined MFP. I am 33 years old, I weight 155lbs being 5.5 tall. I would love to lose 30 lbs. My son is 3.5 years old. I lost 15 lbs when he was 1 year old but unfortunately I gained it all back. I would to find great support here.
