I did one in 2013 and upper body strength is going to be more important than being able to run the whole thing! You'll probably end up waiting to get to the obstacles so that gives you a break. And the electric shocks hurt FYI lol!

6 oz taco turkey (ground turkey cooked in taco seasoning) 1/2 c. white rice, 1/4 c taco cheese, 1/4 c black beans, 2 tsbp of pico. It was awesome! 29c 17f 37p

Probably a good idea if losing a few pounds then gaining them back as soon as you start eating food again appeals to you. Which it probably doesn't :)

I have run into my boyfriends ex twice carrying a box of frozen lasanga each time. I ran into her last week with my cart full of veggies and fish. That was cool :)

Most of the reviews I read said Ri30 was more intense than 30 ds so I bought Ri30. I would look them up on youtube and see which one looks better to you.
