Bring some of your own food so you don't get tempted to go overboard on buying unhealthy snacks in the park during the day! For breakfast, try to eat some fruit (apple or banana) with whatever else you eat, it'll keep you less hungry during the day. Eat some protein with it as well.

If most of the sugar you're eating is in fruits/veggies/non-processed foods, then it's not such a big deal! I wouldn't worry about going over! MFP sets them at the very minimum that you need or close to it. If you are at least somewhat active you should be getting more. If you're 130lbs: 76.8 g to 106.4 g per day 150lbs: 88.7 g to 122.8 g per day
