I joined a month ago bc I thought if I paid for it maybe I would stick to it but it didn't work. I lost 60 lbs on MFP last year but hit a stumbling block last summer and stopped everything. I want to do both but its a little hard so I am dedicating myself to WW online right now and see how it works. I am going to go strong!

You look so amazing! I am so proud of you and just amazed at the difference. I have lost 54 lbs in the past 6 months and I feel absolutely amazing but I am not at my goal just yet. I had set my goal at 140 and thought it would be good but as I look at myself now, I might have to change it to 130. I just wanted to thank you…

I started my journey in January of this year and I have lost 53.8 lbs. I have lost almost all my weight but for some reason my belly just won't flatten. Its not bad, just a little pouch but still I hate it! This pic is my before & the other one I think is somewhere between April & June, I hope no one is offended by my…

OMG, you look so good! I know what you mean about slacking a little bc I was doing it too even though I kept logging. You can see such an amazing difference and I am so proud of you. BIG CONGRATS, you look amazing!

OMG, you look amazing! I am so much shorter then you but my ultimate goal is to lose 72 lbs and then see where I am at. Right now I have lost 54 lbs so I am almost there but I am already thinking I might need to lose more then just another 18 lbs. I take everyday as it comes and I just hope I can get rid of these last few…

In the beginning I would never eat back my exercise calories & believe me I got a lot of crap for it but I had to try it to see what was going to happen. I truly believe we can not put our bodies into starvation mode as long as we have a higher fat percentage. I have struggled back & forth with the whole idea of eating…

I started in January of this year at 212.6 and its been 6 months and I am now 162.2. I have slacked off a lot lately but I am trying to get back into the swing of things. Its easy when you get to a comfortable weight and you feel good about yourself, regardless how much you still have to lose, to slack off and just eat…

I just wanted to say thank you for posting this. Even though I just saw it for the first time, it mad me have a tear in my eye bc everything you said was exactly everything that I have been thinking all along, its like you took the words right out of my mouth. I have lost almost 50 lbs since January of this yr and it has…

Honestly everyone is different so you really have to find out what is going to work for you. What works for one person may not work for you. I started out eating 1200 and never eating back my exercise calories and I did great. There were a couple of plateaus I had so I tried different things, like eating back my exercise…

I would love to lose 2 lbs per week but the rate I have been going that's going to happen, so lets just say 5.5 lbs by 8/12

Here is mine, the first picture I wasn't even at my heaviest! I started in January at 212.6 lbs and I am 166.6 today. I took almost a month off in February but got right back into it and I have never felt better!

These pics are from Sept 2011 & June 2012. I didn't start my journey until January 2012 and I was heavier in January then I was in September but I hated my pictures taken before... I have lost 47 lbs, I went from 212.6 at my heaviest in January to 166.6 right now July 2. I was a size 18/20 in my jeans and now I can wear a…

This will be the second challenge for me, I am part of another group as well but I am in need of some more challenges in my life to get me back on track! Steelersfamily6/Julie Ann Current weight: 166.6 Challenge goal weight: 146 07/02:166.6 07/09: 07/16: 07/23: 08/06: <<<mini goal weight 159.6>>> 08/13: 08/20: 08/27:…

MFP has your calories & then your net calories. Once you exercise it takes away that amount in calories so what I have found for me to be okay is to make sure my net calories are always at least 1200. So if you eat 1500 calories a day but you exercise & burn 300, then your net calories will be 1200. In the beginning I…

You must be pretty tall. I started at 212.6 & I am 165 right now, went from a size 18/20 down to a 10 but I am only 5'2...It is totally an amazing feeling. I still have about 29 lbs to go and then I am going to reassess my goals but I also haven't been pushing myself as hard, I have been so lazy. I know what to do, I just…

In her DVDs she says that you usually burn about 100 cals per mile but as soon as you can def get an HRM. I bought mine for about $60 at Big 5, its a polar ft4 & I love it

You are such an amazing & beautiful person and I love your story. You took what was killing you and kicked it in the butt! I really needed to read this bc I too struggle with my own things and I can no longer let myself be over ran by them. I have been here since January and have lost 43 lbs but lately have been making up…

OMG! OMG! It looks like you have lost more then 24 lbs. This is so amazing and you are right about looking at the before pics bc when I look at my before pics I can not even believe I allowed myself to get where I was. Thank you so much for sharing, you have done such an amazing transformation!

I have lost 42 lbs total since January of this year and that is with taking 2 weeks off in the beginning of February. I have 30 lbs to go until my ultimate goal and then I will reassess my goals and see where I am at. From what I hear from everyone is that the last 10, 20 or 30 is really hard. It feels like its taken…

Can you go out & buy a couple of dvd's? The best ones for just what you are talking about are Leslie Sansone Walk at home. You can burn 100 cal per mile you walk and you walk a mile in 15 mins of her workout. It is honestly the best dvd I have ever bought to just get you moving a little. Start with just 1 mile a day or if…

You really look amazing! Your waist has gotten so much smaller. Make sure to always take measurements and that way you can tell how many inches your losing as well as lbs. I have lost 42 lbs and I still have 30 lbs to lose so I totally know how you feel. There is definitely a big difference!
