I went over by 2100 this past Sunday. (Super Bowl Party). I did not feel too bad since it is the only time I have went over at all since Januray 9th.

Bread...if it included all bread/biscuits/dinner rolls. I love the dinner rolls at Logan's steak house.

I have been doing good with drinking lots of water and getting my time in at the gym. I lost 10 in January so I am shooting for another 10 for February.

I just went to Fleet Feet on Sunday and got my first REAL pair of running shoes. I also got 2 pairs of socks. It was a great expierence. I love my new shoes. As for the bra area I am in your same boat (42DDD). I have not found any 1 bra that works great for me when running. I always have to wear a normal bra and a sports…

I prefer the gym. Although I have a treadmill and elliptical right here at home I feel like I push harder and do more at the gym. I also tend to work out longer at the gym. Hard to get past 30 minutes here at home but easy to get an hour in at the gym.

I was watching a video on some of those items today. Basically it said that those items turn to sugar when you eat them which brings your blood sugar level up which causes you body to produce insulin. And the insulin causes you to store fat. Something along those lines anyway.
