TVP is soy protein, in crumbles. I use Bob's Red Mill brand - a 10oz bag is 3-4 bucks. One bag lasts foreeeeeeever if I just use it for these. I actually use dry cream of wheat in a bean burger recipe that is OUTSTANDING! I'll go post it, in case anyone's interested.

DO THIS! It's two whole tomatoes, 1/2 an avacado, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a LOT of Tajín seasoning. So freaking good. I eat it a lot in summer.

I second the yogurt mixed with sf pudding mix - did that tonight. 1/2 cup plain yogurt (not greek, I use regular) 1/4 packet sf white chocolate pudding (just the mix, not prepared) Added 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce and a dash of cinnamon on top, parfait style - super yum.

I honestly think that Moonrise Kingdom is my fave Wes Anderson. I also love Paris Je T'aime, Bullets Over Broadway (most Woody Allen, actually) and Whit Stillman movies.
