I've had the same thing happen. A high fat, high protein lunch and that's it. I usually start my day with a large ice water with lemon. When I'm doing this right. I'm never hungry. It feel great not to be a slave to food. But it is a little scary too.

Sure add me too. I've been doing Keto for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs. I was using another online program for tracking carbs/protein so I don't have much of a food diary established yet. Congrats on your weight loss:happy:
