Too Much Protein?
I've been keeping my net carbs low. Do I need to worry about getting too much protein (from a weight perspective)? I usually range between 70 - 90 grams. Thanks.

Hi - I've been following Atkins for 2 weeks now and have lost 10 lbs (yea!). I'm looking for some good low carb meal and dessert ideas. Do you have any to share? Also, has anyone found any useful low carb cookbooks? Thanks.
