I have noticed I am less tired... Have more energy... also feel better. I remember after eating fast food I would get the "McSlows"... and hated it. I have not had any fast food in the past two months.... Over all I have lost 80 lbs and over 40 here on MFP.

For me it is I have to do this for myself and only I can want to do it.... But I want to be normal... not thin or heavy, but normal.... to walk in to any clothes shop and buy something that fits me and I look good in. I want to get rid of the clothes that look like a pillow case with a neck hole cut in it for me to stick…
