I perfer to drink white wine than red but when I am watching my cals I go for the red because I tend to drink it slower. You may not want to have this at a bar but at home low cal hot chocolate with 1 oz Malibu Coconut rum is to die for and just under 100 cals.:drinker:

I always save some calories for this time. My fav is yogurt and chai seeds or maybe a ww brownie with herbal tea.
