Hi mike When I ate less I was always weighing myself. Since last week when I stated to eat more I decided that because there is a possibility of gaining that I would only weigh myself once a week to keep track of things. I feel freedom from the scales right now and I love it!

Agree!!! It's like telling young people about how smoking and tanning can affect them in the future and they think that won't happen to me. Well thank you so much everyone. I guess I am going to dive in and up my calories from 1400 to 2012 according to what everyone been telling me in the eat more lose more group. It all makes sense to me. I've been yo yo dieting for 10 years and I want to stop. I am a little scared to do this but will see what happens.

I have a polar also. I been working out on my treadmill and getting my calories burn from that before the polar. If I was going a slow walking speed the hrm was pretty much the same as the computer on my treadmill. If I was in fitness zone and going on high speed I burn off way more calories.
