I did great! I am only 55 calories over for the day and I ate everything I wanted to. I didn't even go over at all on carbs or sodium. tilapia broccoli with about two tablespoons of cheese sauce 1/2 hot fudge brownie ala mode with ice cream and nuts 731 cal 70 carbs 24 fat 280 sodium 57 pro 5 fiber

I think the tilapia looks good too and if I went ahead and just ate whatever I want, I would be even MORE lost on choices. LOL

My favorite of those is the peanut butter one, tastes like a candy bar but is slightly better for me!

I LOVE almonds and cashews so I am looking forward to trying those. But for now, this is what I had at the house and I don't want to waste it if it will work.

My favorites are hard boiled egg, dried cranberries, chopped ham, peas, sunflower seeds, imitation or real crab, chopped turkey or chicken, cheese, shredded carrot. Um, yeah, I do usually put all those on at once except for the crab and turkey. My salads aren't always the healthiest. LOL

As I said, its a cash flow thing. So should I get some coconut oil next month? I just need an affordable way to get my 2 TBSP of healthy fats a day. For now, I was going with 2 Tbsp of this peanut butter since its already here.
