From what I understand, its okay to be above your protein, that's the MINIMUM you should eat.

It has four ingredients-peanuts, sugar, palm oil and salt. How much would I eat to get my two tbsp, two tbsp of peanut butter? Sorry if these are stupid questions.

I have problems with my teeth, I wouldn't mind being able to crunch things again! But I am trying to find ways I can still enjoy some of the things I love that are good for me. And grated apple wouldn't add liquid.

Hm, that might work. I really love the taste of apple but my teeth won't take one. :( I think I would rather grate it since you don't get so much extra liquid that way.

As long as it doesn't have artificial sugar I will try anything. I can't stand that stuff! For that matter, I can't stand Truvia and Splenda might be made with sugar but it doesn't TASTE like sugar!

Yeah, I was doing well at 1200 for a year. Then I stopped losing and gained back 10 lbs. It wasn't everything I had lost but it was upsetting! So I am starting over with better nutrition.

My protein says like 143 but someone on here told me that was way too high and just work on getting it to 100.

Thanks again everyone! I will leave my protein amount alone as to what the goal is just to avoid messing any more with numbers. BUT I will keep in mind that 100 is a good day and leave it at that. I appreciate all the help.

A late night snack of strawberry Greek yogurt and I am at 92 grams of protein, MUCH better than I have been, its a start.

The only Greek yogurt I have right now is strawberry but I'll give it a whirl. I plan to get some plain, hopefully tomorrow

Oh good, I'll re-adjust that then! I have been using the TDEE calculators and the ones with macros keep giving me this really high protein level. I am doing better about it but that's a lot!

I'm glad I got up the courage to ask questions, thanks for all the help over the last two days. It was very discouraging to be doing everything right and stop losing for like three months. Then to gain a few was really upsetting. I will get moving again as well.

One of the things I am confused about is whether I am supposed to use this as a meal or just supplement. I am a bit lost on that one!

I haven't been anorexic for several years but I don't think I ever got my body healed either.

With lack of transportation and lack of funds, I had to get what I could find and afford. I know its not ideal but if this works to help, then next time I will find something more appropriate. Thank you on the going up by 100 calories thing, I think that's a good idea.

I really appreciate all the help today. I am going to get some protein powder to help up that and start using my blender more! I started tonight with a bedtime snack of blueberry Greek yogurt. I'll work on getting the flavorless and adding my own fruit next.
