Okay so the past five months, I haven't been eating nearly enough what I should be (no more than 200 calories a day) and I lost alot of weight, but now that I want to tone and stuff, I'm gonna start eating again. I haven't gained any (yet) but is it only a matter of time??

You need to talk to your doctor/mental health professional, I'm thinking most of the advice on these forums won't be relavent to you. You're doctor will likely be able to help guide you through recovering your health better than what most people can offer here. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me as a friend.0

I was anorexic from 13 to 22. In my thirties, I started actually gaining. What you need to remember is that it doesn't matter if you start gaining, you need to level out. Do a reasonable amount of exercise and eat healthy and you should be okay. DEFINITELY consult with a doctor, you could end up with something called re-feeding syndrome or other problems if you try and go it alone. You do need to remember though that your perception of healthy weight is not accurate so you need someone to be overseeing your recovery. Good luck and many prayers.0
