You can add it to your strength training manually and it will be there from then on when you enter your work outs in. Just hit the "Add Exercise" button.

Greek Yogurt is another good source. Very versitle and can be subbed in for sour cream or cream cheese in recipes. Just get quality product I like Fage 0% fat. It's thick and creamy and awesome with a handful of grapes or frozen fruit.

Hey Golden rough! Welcome! Well,your doctor would be able to tell you best on what you CAN do...but I would say if you can walk, then do taht as much as possible without re-injury! Also, focus on keeping your core strong! Crunch, crunch, crunch! A strong core will make a world of difference when you're getting your derby…

It's my Roller Derby name... originally a nick name given to me by my MFP friend Clew. I used to be Funk4Life (Funk is my last name). One day she called me FunkBunnah and I loved it! Had to change my profile name, And when Derby came along it only seemed natural.

that would be great, even just for a friendly scrimmage! we don't have a facility to host one at ourselves yet thoguh (working on that area still) but we have girls who are willing to travel to get their derby on!

Coming back is always daunting,. but you'll do great once your get your confidence and endurance back up, too. The videos are a great idea! I also was off for 2 months with a back injury. Once i had the OK from my doctor I was on the elliptical 30 minutes a day, trying to get that endurance going again.
