I will cube up half an avocado and toss that in, it acts as a dressing practically on it's own if it's really ripe. Or I'll use flavor infused vinegars.

Eat what woks for you and work out the way it works for you, nothing is cut and dried. Sounds like you're mixing up the routine working out-wise, no reason you have to change to eating a way that you don't like (that won't end up being easy to do in the long run)

Put anything you want in them! Tortillas can go just about any flavor direction sweet, savory, Mexican, deli style wraps. Play around some. Add in about 400-500 calories so you are at a net of 1300, rather than a net of 800. Add lean protein, as this will help and encourage your body to build muscle. You are very active and very young, your body should respond well, but it will take time,. Give it 4-6 weeks on a set plan before changing for something else.

Awesome advice! Anyone here try chia seeds? I never have, but if they are one of the "go to" foods, they may be worth a shot! And I figure if they suck, I'll ch-ch-chia a terra cotta pot!

I am trying my hardest to work out to my fullest! even if it means taking a break part way through a sweat sesh... if it means 2x as long of a work out, then I'm doing it!! let's just hope the scale shows the proof! This group has flipped a switch for me, for sure!! I am so happy it's here and can't wait to carry this over…
