Frozen meals...work of the devil or heaven sent?
So...I was pressed for time this morning and had an empty fridge, so rather than try and scrounge up an unhealthy lunch from home or from the cefeteria at work, I stopped at the store instead. I grabbed three frozen "meals" one for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for a snack later (I work 12 hour shifts so all meals on…

My Motivation
I was out shopping for some jeans (I hate buying them in my current size, but it is what it is and had to be done because winter in Michigan is no time to be pants-less) while I was shopping I saw all the summer clothes were on FABULOUS clearance. I found a super cute tank top and some jean shorts in the size I would love…

A Christmas Story
DID YOU KNOW THIS Little Christmas story? When four of Santa's elves got sick, the trainee elves did not produce toys as fast as the regular ones, and Santa began to feel the Pre-Christmas pressure. Then Mrs. Claus told Santa her Mother was coming to visit, which stressed Santa even more. When he went to harness the…

Healthy (and raw!) Pecan Bar recipe (212 calories)
If pecan pie is on your mind, you and your guests will love this raw and healthy version. While this recipe calls for only healthy ingredients, it produces a super-rich and sweet pecan pie that is best served in small portions. Rather than serve this pie in traditional triangular portions, I recommend that you use a good…

30 day shredders out there...
A question...how often did you do the workouts? Daily? Every other to give your muscles time to heal? How many days a week? I have done the video, level 1 once. Looking for a good movie to watch tonight...
I'm in the mood for something almost futuristic, not sci-fi with aliens, but more along the lines of "I Robot' or "AI". Something that had a decent budget to film and has at least one or two recognizable people in it (I"ve sat through too many crappy B flicks, it's not even funny!) I'm drawing a complete blank and would…

Crazy calorie thing
Okay, I know that's an ambiguous title, but it is a crazy calorie thing. When i start my day I have 1460 calories to work with. If I don't do any cardio, I tend to go over the 1460 and find myself hungry all the time and struggling to stay even close to my range. (I give myself 100 calorie wiggle room on either side) Now,…
