Started at 172 in Jan 2012 149.6 as of 8/12/12 Goal is 130 Walked at 12 incline at 3.8 mph 4 days a week Had to stop due to back injury for 2 months but back doing HIIT training 20 mins walk 5 mins run 5 mins.

I would say a size 6 and be nice and tone. I was a size 4 before the baby who is now 7. And always bought bigger anyway. I like my clothes to fit loose especially jeans.

Don't give up. I would defintely buy a new scale. I weigh myself in the mornings only before I eat anything. I have lost 5 pounds in 5 weeks. I walk about 40-45 mins a day 5 days a week. I am good during the weekday but horrible on the weekends, I tend to go on hiatus. But just know that you did not gain all the weight in…

Hello I am new here and have needed to lose the baby weight for 7 years now. I made no resolutions because they never seem to work. Just started going to the gym at the Y. I go 6 days a week for 40 mins of cardio walking at incline of 7.0-8.0 at 3.8 mph. So I am here to stay motivated.
