from January and the middle of April of this year I lost about 30lbs. I'm still trying to lose weight so I haven't gained any back. It really was just a complete lifestyle change.....I made the gym a priority almost every day and was sure to eat healthier and within my calorie range. it's working so far! Good luck. :)

I have this cool little one-serving blender by Hamilton Beach from Target. I throw in plain yogurt and frozen fruit, blend it, and I've got myself a fabulously thick smoothie...which is a super healthier snack than most of the alternatives I would have chosen if I didn't have my little blender. :) OH and also my blender…

hmm I should probably start using the stair master. I've been using the stair stepper and it's done wonders to my calves, so maybe the stair master will have the same results on my thighs! hahaha

Thanks guys! I'll start doing that. I'm just so afraid that I'm going to get back into my old habit of eating when food sounds good instead of eating when I'm physically hungry....that's what got me so overweight in the first place!

Reminds me of how people make fun of us Californians for saying "like," like, all the time. I guess it doesn't make sense but personally I can't go more than a paragraph without using the word in a way that has nothing to do with comparisons.

I would change my confidence overall. I don't have the best confidence, never really have, and it prevents me from having fun in so many situations. Oh, that makes sense. I get so confused. You know how people say that you need to expel more calories than you consume? HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? I'll definitely try to measure myself more often. the scale absolutely kills me....we definitely have a love-hate relationship!
