About 45mins cardio at the gym 4x a week. I tend to keep strength at home (30 mins every second day works for me).

I haven't been paying much attention to my distances on machines =/ But I'm aiming for better endurance. Tonight hopefully going 15-20mins at 8km/h. I know it's kind of crappy but it's an improvement to me ! :D

I cut out soda a few months back and I know that made a difference. I used to drink soooooo much. My next boycott is on coffee & other energy drinks. I've been trying to replace the morning coffee with warm lemon water.

I've been squeezing my gut in lately at the gym while doing anything & so far it's giving that extra bit of help. I've always had a gut too not matter the weight/health I was at. So, I understand the frustration. Do try tensing it on a more frequent basis.
