I have lost an average 2 year old! Ironically my daughter is 2 years old and in 2 lb I would have lost her curent weight! :D

I am also losing slowly. Last couple if months it has been around 5-6 lbs and I feel I lose at a much slower rate than most on here. I eat between 1400 and 1600 cals on most days. I have still 45 lb to lose...

Thank you for a wonderful post! Very well written! I too am not exercising... I curently eat about 1600 cals and I am losing weight. So yes, it really could be done without starvation and with little exercise. :)
