i dont usually like energy drinks but i tied moose juice the other day and it tasted pretty good! ATM im using MET-Rx supreme pre workout powder, cherry cola flavour. i dont actually like it that much personally but that is because if anything is coke flavoured then i dont like it when it isnt fizzy. so i gulp it down and…

thank you. see this is the kind of answer i was wanting off people. instead i got arsey comments because i didnt want to just look at a study on a link that may or may not be dodgy. i actually want to hear peoples experience with them and have a conversation. i get you with the pre workout. im not usually a caffine person.…

thank you, you are right. some people on here are very douchey and it does put me off posting on here sometimes. i posted on here because i wanted to hear from people who have tried it. how i want my answers is up to me and i dont have to answer to anyone about how i want my answers. if i dont want to read information that…

i prefer to see what people actually think to it rather than read studies that may or may not be accurate. there is so much info on the internet that contradicts each other. one study will say one thing and then another will say the opposite. i dont think that is the case with my sister as she was saying today that she…

how do you manage to lose weight while upping your protein so much? i am trying to lose weight but i find protein bars have too many calories in them if they have a decent amount of protein. im currently taking impact whey protein and eat chicken and eggs most days. i usually have around 100g of protein

mmapags- i am looking for a yes or no from people who have tried it
-
can i just ask, are you saying this from experience and have you actually tried it? theres always different information on the internet that contradicts each other so i dont know which is right and which is wrong. my sister is currently taking bcaas and she says it helps her alot, but just wanting more opinions from people…

i probably should have worded it better. i know they wont help with weight loss, but the question was about if i need to when all im trying to do at the gym is loose weight rather than bodybuild
-
no they are not, i was just generally wondering if it was something i needed to help with muscle recovery and stuff
-
ahh yes they are a bit out of my price range lol
-
thanks for the help guys :) i will try what you have suggested
-
yes most of the time it is just because im used to eating. if i fancied something i would have it even if i wasnt hungry. i tend to find that nothing distracts me. i could be watching my favourite film or tv show and still crave food. its just something im really struggling to change
-
although tbh im not a big hot drink person. i probably have about 3 cups of tea a year! it also gives me a bit of a stomach ache and i dont know why :/
-
i only like tea with lots of sugar in! i think ill get the sugar substitute that has 1 calorie per spoon and give it a go :)
-
when theres loads of articles and research saying it can aid in weight loss, can you really blame me in thinking it could be true?
-
it can suppress sugar cravings and leave you feeling fuller for longer, so in a way i think that will help with weight loss, as you will be snacking less
-
so i guess you guys are also against multivitamins?
-
i dont restrict my calories when ill with a cold/flu. your body needs the extra energy
-
ive heard caffine is good for weight loss. shame i hate coffee and energy drinks!

[quote="kshama2 Finding out what foods satiate me and focusing on them curbed my appetite: http://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthyliving/fuller/understanding-satiety-feeling-full-after-a-meal.html Exercise boosts my metabolism.[/quote] thank you, i shall take a look at that :)

i asked for suggestions on which pills work. i didnt ask for snarky comments!
-
i was also considering the bootea teatox which has some health benefits http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/bootea-teatox-60035242
-
here is a link to the page of pills i have been looking at- http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/vitamins-supplements/weight-loss/#so=sort_topseller&totalNumRecs=77
-
i dont see any "facts" with any proof here. and i havent said im still going to buy any, i have only considered them. so keep your comments to yourself
-
Barrats*
-
The only pills I've considered are ones that are all natural ingredients, so I doubt they would be dangerous. And I'd only buy from Holland and bar rat (which is a health store)
-
yes maybe i should have phrased it better. but still, no need for people to talk to me the way that they did. what im after is something that could help with my metabolism, or something that could curb my appetite. like others are making out, im not after a magic pill lol
-
what are these pills made for then? if nobody has anything positive to say, then dont say anything at all. i didnt come on here for an argument!
-
afura, as i said, i want something to help me out with my diet, so i can lose weight faster
-
i was told by my doctor not to ever cut down my calories while breastfeeding so i had to put my diet off until i had finished. you could try just lots of exercise and eating healthier foods but making sure you stick to 2000 calories, otherwise you would be very low on energy and your milk supply will go way down.
