deffo think I will repeat a week really struggled on my last run with sore calves but its great to see that the plan really seems to work i just can't imagine running my whole route by this time next year lol

im having the same problem they kill me whilst running, they r fine when walking and arent sore when im done

dont know how many calories but i have had days where i have had a mcdonalds, kfc and chinese all in one day (probably had a hangover lol)

ok im going to weigh my jeans compared to the trousers i usally wear when i get home and allow the difference for my loss this week and looks like im going to have to invest in a set of scales for some naked weighing at home lol

oh i'll definately half the portion couldnt finish a full one myself anyway lol im trying to keep the rest of todays calories really low and will do some extra walking so i can enjoy the takeout. I need to have a treat at the weekend or I'd give up in no time.
