UK Slow Cooker Recipes

I am the owner of a brand new slow cooker with no idea what to cook in it apart from stew. I've found loads of recipies on here but they all seem to be american and we just dont get most of those ingredients here so would some ideas please.

thanks guys. i want to cook a beef stew tonite, i was wondering do i need to cover all the food with my stock liquid?

yes. I would also seal the meat first so that it holds more flavour and add some herbs.
