No matter what your passion... exercise, photography, the opposite sex... it's only natural to talk about what makes you happy, motivated, and confident! Don't let others get you down, only YOU can control the way they make you feel... Talk about whatever you want!!! Exercising is a sore subject FOR MOST and I believe the…

If you have a HRM and know how many calories you have burned per some many min. I believe there is a place to input your own workout data... but if not a good comparison would be the high impact aerobics.

I bought a weight watchers digital scale, you are able to log in your height and age and it calculates your weight, BMI in both pounds and %, Bone Mass %, and water weight %... I am not using weight watchers but have found the scale to be most helpful when it comes to tracking my success. With that being said the %'s are…

I am a personal trainer and certified nutritionist and I have seen the type your step sister is... Actually I'm training a girl right now, who is the exact same way... this is what I'd do, take a break from busting your *kitten* so hard in the gym... if she want's to go out that's fine, you pick the restaurant and order…

In the past, I have actually been diagnosed with an eating disorder (about 6 years ago).. I was overweight according to all BMI charts.. I was 5'1" and weight 155 lbs. One legged squats target the outer quad. and also abs are used for balance and stability... front loaded sumo squats are awesome.. they target the inner thigh and hips flexors and force stability through the quads. I prefer lying hamstring curls to a seated curl.. just because you get more of a burn and I find I tend to…

Spin is great, the more you do it the more you'll love it, no worries! I'm kinda on a HIIT Circuit Routine right now with some Cardio sprint and incline intervals... I'm trying to stay motivated by changing things up and keep my body from being stuck in this rut! It's worked so far and I love it!
