  • It is really good. I am not sure about the sugar that is just what it said on the recipe I printed out. I am sure there is sugar! But this is a lot lower calories then the desserts i was looking at. You can use fat free or low fat cool whip and also use fat free sugar free pudding mix instead of the regular just make sure…
