Angel Lush Dessert
1 Can (20oz) Crushed Pineapple in juice (undrained)
1 package (3.4oz) Instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 cup frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 box (10oz) store bought angel food cake
1 cup fresh raspberries (or strawberries)
1) In medium bowl, mix together the pineaplle (with the juice) and the dry pudding mix until combined. Gently stir in the whipped topping.
2) Cut the angel food cake horizontally into 3 equal layers with large serrated knife. Place the bottom layer, cut side up, on a serving plate. Top with 1 1/3 cup of pudding mixture. Cover with middle cake layer and another 1 cup of the pudding mixture. Add the last cake layer to the stack and top with remaining pudding mixture.
3) Refrigerate the cake atleast 1 hour. Before serving, use fresh raspberries to decorate the top and sides of the cake.
I used strawberry angel food cake instead of regular and used strawberries instead of raspberries. IT is so good and low in fat and calories for a dessert.

But don't you see, there is raspberry in the recipe. So the ketones cancel out the sugar.0 -

It is really good. I am not sure about the sugar that is just what it said on the recipe I printed out. I am sure there is sugar! But this is a lot lower calories then the desserts i was looking at. You can use fat free or low fat cool whip and also use fat free sugar free pudding mix instead of the regular just make sure it's the same amount.0

what does bump mean?0

Bump is when someone wants to move a topic back to the top of the list but doesn't have anything to add. They're "bumping" it back to the top.
This sounds like a good dessert, but I'm not familiar with ketones, how would they cancel out the sugar in the recipe?
