I love it so far. It's like 30DS but harder. Its about 6-7 mins longer too. I think the whole thing is 33mins.

I take: Multi vitamin/mineral Vit C Vit B Fish oil with Vit D and Vit D All recommended by my doc And also protein shakes pre-work out

I did week 1 for 5days, and starting week 2 after work today. She says do it for 5-6 days and take 1-2 days rest. So it's really up to you. If you feel like you can do it 5 days than go for it, if only 4 works for you maybe do two rounds of each level. Either way good job and good luck :)

I can see a big difference between before I did 30DS and now, so I'm hoping to see a big difference with RI30 as well. Go for it

I did 30DS and saw A LOT of improvement in shape. I lost 13 total inches and look a lot better. Now i'm doing Ripped in 30

Use what you feel comfortable with. I'm using 3lbs but I have horrible upper body strength

In the beginning she says do 5-6 days and 1-2 days rest....I did 5 days 1 rest day....than moves to level 2 today. Only because I got bored with level 1 lol

I do 1/2c yogurt, 1/2c frozen fruit, 1 banana, 1/2 c milk, and 1c of fresh raw spinach. Blend and yummmmmy...and you can't even taste the spinach

totally agree, I will have mine completely paid off in 2years and I can't wait!!! I think we should get reimbursed if they're paying everyone else's off and we have to pay for theirs being paid off

How much do you pay because in 2001 I paid $25,000 a year to COMMUTE not even live on the campus and am still paying back my college loans. Thank god I have a 1.4% interest rate but I can't imagine you pay much more
