RI30 is really good circuit training for a total of 24mins, i did the 30DS before it and lost 13inches. So I hope to see the same results. Tons of forums on here

LOL this is funny. My boyfriend and I go to the gym together, but we do a little cardio together and then he goes and does his thing for awhile on the free weights and sometimes I go and do a few reps of my own. No way would I stand over him or cry lol

I did 30DS April to March, lost 13inches and 1.4lbs. I'm now doing Ripped in 30. I'll be done May 3rd. I didn't take after pics yet. Today i had a shake which i made with 1/2c yogurt,1/2cup skim milk, 1/2c frozen strawberries, 1c raw spinach, 1banana and oatmeal.

I used them with the GNC total lean kit, I'm not sure if that pill was what made a difference but I did lose weight off the kit and kept it off.

Crunches do NOT get you flat tummy and abs, abs are made by diet. You need to have you body fat % down to 12% or lower to see them. Try Jillian Michael's 6week 6pack to get you started. Crunches will waste your time

I think it depends more on your frame, you look great in this pic. Maybe just focus on toning when you reach your goal. I'm 5'1 and 128 and one doctor called me obese....yeah ok. I could stand to tone and maybe lose ten lbs but i'm not obese. Now if a nutritionist said I was obese I might listen.
