Smoothies

For my smoothies, I use 1/2 C Kroger brand Greek yogurt (vanilla flavor), 1 C of frozen fruits, and 1//2 C. orange or apple juice. Recipe can be doubled, so you can freeze part & use it later. I really like it. Hubby says its too tart for him, but it has no added sugar.

    I use 1c of raw fresh spinach, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 c almond milk or skim milk, 1 banana and a 1/2 c frozen blueberries or strawberries

    Also, i'll do 1c of raw fresh spinach, 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 c almond milk or skim milk, 1 banana and 1 tbs of peanut butter
