I tend to eat when I'm tired and/or bored. I've realized that and always ask myself now. Tired? Okay, nap. Bored? Okay, get off your behind and do something. Hungry? Okay, eat.

Crunchy Cheetos All Natural White Cheddar Puffy Cheetos Nacho Cheese Doritos Chili Cheese Fritos Sour Cream and Onion Lays Staburst Skittles Salt Water Taffy Cheese - pretty much any cheese that I've met And, yep, I still eat them all. Sometimes I overindulge, but usually I can enjoy just a wee bit and call it good.

LOL. At my previous place of employment we had two row of stalls. Row 2 was specifically used for #2. As for stealthy or not GAF? The latter. I crack up when I'm in the bathroom and someone is in there *not* going because I'm in there. I call them poop standoffs.

I've never hiked completely alone; I've always had my dog with me. I think, however, that you're fine as long as you use some precaution. 1. Let someone know where you are going and approximately how long you will be gone. 2. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. 3. Carry your phone with you in case of emergency. 4.…

In the end you're the only person that can make choices for you. My boyfriend is a candy hound. I love candy and sometimes I want to snatch it all out of his hands and cram it in my mouth. Usually I can control myself though and let him enjoy his candy without joining him in the yumminess. Again, you do you.

What's with the bread hate? I'm going to just reiterate that you have to make smart choices no matter where you go. Yes, Subway has more lower calorie options than other places, but you can still choose low calorie at most fast food places. Oh, and sodium? You can be careful there too, even at Subway. My go-to is the 6"…

Well, my dog saved my life. Did he jump into water while I was drowning? Pull me out of a fire? Jump on a bomb? No, no, but he did teach me how to love, not only others, but myself. Cooper came to me and had been abandoned and abused. He was terrified of everything, and almost everyone. I had to reintroduce him to the…

One step at a time, one meal at a time, one day at a time. For me I didn't become successful until I started following a deficit that was less restricting. I plan out my meals ahead of time, about 80% of the time, usually during the work week. I always leave a little room for snacks or surprises throughout the day. If I…

Old school. The Beastie Boys are by far my favorite. I love their newer stuff, but nothing compares to their old stuff. Also - I effing LOVE 90's music! Gimme some Alice in Chains, STP, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Live, Counting Crows, Nirvana, also, don't forget the epic rap that came out of that time, including…

As a previous eater of my feelings, I too think you should skip the supplements and find another way to lose weight. I know that when I was able to recognize why/what/when/where would cause me to eat emotionally I was able to get a better control of my diet. I think that if you focus on this then you will see great…
