apples are great and they have calories but they are a neutral food and that is where it takes just as many calories to digest them soo that is great

i over did it this time i dont know if its the weather or what cause it was really rainy outside but i ate almost 3000 calories and i feel like ****. i dont know how i am goin to redeem myself. will someone give me some encouragement?:frown:

everytime its rainy outside i eat alot and feel sooo lazy like i cant work out but im gonna try to workout today anyways, but i ate so much i probably cant work off all the calories, anyways do any of ya'll have the same problem when its rainy outside?

i guess you could do some stomach crunches or what i do is i got one of those straps that you put around your waist and when you excercise it sweats your mid part more, anyways congradulations on your recovery im glad that your want to be healthy and not bones.

well i lost 10 pounds so far then saturday i drank some beer and it was over cause i drank alot. anyways i didnt eat anything but 10 beers has to be at least 1200 calories anyways after my sunday hangover i got up and mowed the lawn and worked out on my elliptical machine so i feel good now, but because of those stupid…

i feel like that alot too and my bf likes to call me fat all the time, but i just keep my chin up and tell myself im gonna loose the weight and then i work out. i used to be really lazy but since i started working out i feel good about myself even when someone is putting me down.
