i just want to be thin soo freakin bad and im not, i am soo tired of food being my weakness. i just want to cut it out all together. i think if i didnt get freakin headaches all the time i would do it. but really i think im gonna cut to a strictly protein diet consisting of chicken and tuna. and im gonna take some vitamins.

ok the other day i weighed myself and it said i weighe 247 which means i lost 3 pounds and i have been excercising and dieting almost everyday for 4 weeks. then today i weighed myself and it said i weighed 250. does anyone think i gained my fat back or do you think its just water retention or what. i sure hope i didnt gain…

i was feeling that way to on my 3rd week but i think the 4rth week your start loosing more pounds, after my 3rd week i lost 3 pounds so hang in there it will get better

i do cheat once a week and if i cheat more than that then i try my hardest to work it off that day. i dont think it effects my weight loss, i hope not anyways.

well how tall are you and how much do you weigh will determine how much you need to eat. you probably do need more that 1200 calories. if your body needs more and you eat less your body will retain those calories. human bodies have a knack for saving fat for survival purposes. beleive me i tried to do the 1200 thing and…

sounds like to me you have loose skin and there is nothing you can do about it unfortunately, but you can get a tummy tuck.

i am soo happy i weighed myself this morning and the scale said i lost 3 pounds i know that isnt that much but i have been doin this for almost 4 weeks and all i lost was 5 pounds of water weight and that was it until today when i weighed myself sooo i am officially loosing fat i thing yyyyeeeeaaaahhhh.:drinker:

ITS OK TO CHEAT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I THINK IS GOOD IT LETS YOU GET YOUR CRAVING OVER WITH BUT ONLY DO FOR ONE DAY LIKE ONE DAY OUT OF EVERY 1 TO 2 WEEKS AND I THINK YOU WILL BE OK. DONT GIVE UP :smokin:

yeah because i have been doin this for over 3 weeks and only lost 5 pounds which i think is water weight but i have noticed and my fiance has noticed that my stomach and legs are getting smaller or more toned:smokin:

you should at least be gettting 1800 calories no matter how small you are cause thats what i heard from a nutritionist when i was asking about breastfeeding

is this site accurate on the calories your supposed to eat a day and how much weight your supposed to loose. cause mine says i need to eat 1400 calories a day and i excercise for an hour a day on my elliptical trainer and i have been doin this for 3 week and havent lost no weight yet except for 5 pounds of water weight…
