i am back
hello, i am back finally since i fell of the wagon for a couple of months and i gained all the weight back that i lost plus a few more pounds, but im happy to say the my head is back in the game and hopfully i will stick to it this time around. :smokin:

I THINK IM GONNA START STARIVING MYSELF
i just want to be thin soo freakin bad and im not, i am soo tired of food being my weakness. i just want to cut it out all together. i think if i didnt get freakin headaches all the time i would do it. but really i think im gonna cut to a strictly protein diet consisting of chicken and tuna. and im gonna take some vitamins.

ok the other day i weighed myself and it said i weighe 247 which means i lost 3 pounds and i have been excercising and dieting almost everyday for 4 weeks. then today i weighed myself and it said i weighed 250. does anyone think i gained my fat back or do you think its just water retention or what. i sure hope i didnt gain…

i am soo happy i weighed myself this morning and the scale said i lost 3 pounds i know that isnt that much but i have been doin this for almost 4 weeks and all i lost was 5 pounds of water weight and that was it until today when i weighed myself sooo i am officially loosing fat i thing yyyyeeeeaaaahhhh.:drinker:

is this site accurate on the calories your supposed to eat a day and how much weight your supposed to loose. cause mine says i need to eat 1400 calories a day and i excercise for an hour a day on my elliptical trainer and i have been doin this for 3 week and havent lost no weight yet except for 5 pounds of water weight…

my elliptical says i burn 1400 calories an hour when i turn the resistance all the way up. i am 250 pounds soo is my machine right or at least kinda right?

i have this elliptical machine and i turn the resistance up all the way and stay on it for like 30 minutes and is says that i burn 768 calories. wow i gained a total of 10 pounds over the thanksgiving holiday and i admit i splurged for a couple of days but how could i have gained all that weight i mean is it right

i got this elliptical machine called the weslo 620 not an expensive one but its a work out. anyways i stay on that thing with the resistance turned up for about 20 minutes a day and it says i burn anywhere from 400 to 450 calories i mean is this right am i really burning this many calories? i sure hope so

what the hell, yesterday i weighed myself and i was 221 and this morning i weighed myself and it says im 225. how can i can gain 4 pounds in one day and note that i weighed myself at the same time.

i keep overeating and i want to stop. i excercise everyday for like an hour very hard and i breastfeed but the past couple of days i been eating like 2400 calories and i havent gained no weight but i feel so guily about it. will someone please give me some advice to curb this overeating.
