soo if you eat alot today but you were to busy to excercise, can you double your excercise tommorrow?

I would say you can, BUT ive heard its never good to work out for over 1 hr. I always work out for 45 mins. (cuz i dont have the time) other wise i would work out longer LOL.0

A missed work out is gone that chance has passed...but there is always tomorrow so drive on and add a couple minutes if you want.
Missing a work out is not the end of the world. What you want to avoid is finding reasons to miss them. this will become your habit instead of getting the gym.
Make sure you mind set is right. exercise and eating right should last forever not just until you reach your goal.

can you? Sure you can. Should you? Dunno, you don't NEED to. I mean, if you can double your workout and not die from exhaustion or be unable to do anything tomorrow, then I would submit that maybe it's time to ramp up your daily workout a bit, maybe not DOUBLE it, but up the ante a little.0
