I did not eat back my calories, I am 5"2'' I think I am at a plateau I havent seen the scale move in awhile, so Maybe I should start eating more?!?

I am wanting the JM body revolution, I have done the 30DS and now on week 2 of the Ripped in 30 from JM, She doesnt bother me at all, and I know I can handle her workouts and they work!! Have you done any of JMs workouts? Maybe you should buy one of her cheaper videos to see ifyou like her or not, I know alot of people…

Stuck to a 1200 calorie diet cut out ALL soda, and sometimes walked on a treadmill maybe twice or 3x a week!

Done it for a month, started on Jan 31st, and Ended March 1st! Each set of pictures were taken atleast 3 days after start and end dates!

I finished last week, and I lost 7 lbs, and 14 inches!!! Loved it welllll...we had a love hate relationship! But I was happy with my results!! I Plan to give myself a little break from it and re do it in hopes for close to the same results!! Good luck to you!

I lost 7 lbs in the month of February I would love to shoot for 10lbs in March however, March is a super busy month for my family, we have lots of birthdays and family gatherings so I am gonna shoot for just 8 lbs this month! That way I CAN achieve it, hopefully! CW 184 GW for this month, 176
