I am doing my 2nd round of 30DS, the first round I would alter some things, and I still had great results! I think as long as you are keeping your hear rate up and moving its okay, Just my thoughts though! :)

I use Healthy Meal Shakes from Herbalife and add a scoop of Protein Drink Mix to every shake! They have a ton of recipes, and they are amazing!!

I would suggest more water and more calories, I was sticking to a 1200 calorie diet, and it did good for awhile but then I hit a plateau, people told me to eat more, so one week I said I would try, low and behold, I lost 3 lbs that week! So, stop starving your body and feed i, it really works!
