I use a tub of fat free cool whip, 1 6 oz container of fat free vanilla yogurt, and a package of fat free/sugar free Jello White Chocolate (just the powder). Mix it all together and let it sit for a few hours for the pudding to dissolve. Delicious and only around 400-450 calories for the whole thing!0

I want to try the cool whip idea.0

I like French vanilla yogurt. I like natural foods, not artificial crap.0

I use:
8oz low fat or fat free cream cheese (in the little tub)
1Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup milk
1 tub light whipped cream (the small tub)
1 box fat free/sugar free Jello cheesecake pudding powder
Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and milk together until smooth (I use a whisk).
Dump the whipped cream on top (do not mix yet)
Dump the pudding powder on top. Mix all together - should be 'airy' or fluffy.
Very tasty. I don't have the nutrition info, though.0 -

Sweet Lemon Fruit Dip, No sugar added
2 cups low-fat sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup nonfat milk
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
fresh fruit
Mix first 5 ingredients together. I had to add more milk when I made it but it's super tastey!0 -

My go to fruit dip is 1 pt. Sour Cream (you can use low-fat) and about 1/4 C Sugar in the Raw (or brown sugar - in a pinch). Mix together and refrigerate about 1 hour to let the flavors blend. You can use less sugar. It all depends on how sweet you want it.0

1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp Peanut butter (I use a whole tbsp if I can spare the calories)
Cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste0 -
Awesome response!! Thank you!!0

Two chocolate options:
Plain FF Greek yogurt (6 oz) flavored with 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (the baking kind) and 1-2 teaspoons of Splenda or fine sugar.
Or 2 parts plain FF Greek yogurt with 1 part Nutella. My daughter's favorite, with strawberries.0 -
Not sure exactly what you mean by fruit dip ... but we like to mix 2tbsp of almond butter with a sliced banana or a chopped apple as a snack.
You could easily thin any nut butter with Greek yogurt to your preferred consistency.0
