Yes, I felt awful. A few years ago I decided to go on the Atkins ban wagon and tried for about 4 days. I have never felt more awful. Now, I just use MFP and eat my 1200 calories daily and supplementing my protein with protein powder after workouts and that has worked well. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months.:happy:

I've lost 10 pounds and have 30 more to go and I don't see a thing. I felt like I could tell initially becasue my face looked thinner but my clothes still fit and I still feel fat.:sad:

I love the Laughing Cow light cheese wedges. Only 35 calories and come in a variety of flavors. That definitely helps me. I eat that with cucumber, carrots and celery sticks.

Under your food tracker go to my food and then at the bottom it gives you the option to create. It is helpful if you have the nutritional value of the food but you would at least need the caloric content. Hope this helps.:wink:
