Can someone tell me how to add foods to favourites so i don't have to keep adding them everyday?

    Under your food tracker go to my food and then at the bottom it gives you the option to create. It is helpful if you have the nutritional value of the food but you would at least need the caloric content. Hope this helps.:wink:

    I find it easy if you are actually making something to add it to the recipe section. With a click of the button the recipe and all of it's ingredients are added to your food log. If you are forgetful like me and are tired of having to ask your wife how to make something, the cooking directions are also in the Recipes section. Eventually, MFP says they will make a shareable recipes section when they have collected enough recipes and then I will be able to eat meals using your recipes.
