  • I have the same problem. Probably the best thing to do is not to have those foods anymore but what I have found is that having a yogurt (Probiotic, live active kind like Activia) every night really helps. If you can't have yogurt or do not like it take a probiotic pill and your stomach will settle back down.
  • I love the Fitbit Flex and as an added bonus if everyone in your group uses any of the FitBit models you can set up a group and view everyone's steps online and send them messages of encouragement too. We use it that way at my gym and it helps tp motivate us.
