I wake up at 4:30am, I'm at the gym around 4:45am. Thankfully the gym is only a few miles from my house. After the weight training I join the Spin class at 5:45 am. To me this the best time to workout. There's hardly anyone at the gym and I can monopolize all the equipment I need.

Don't have any and have no plans to get tattoos in the future. When I notice a young person with tattoos all over their body, I often wonder about their future. I think hiring managers will more likely hire someone without tattoos then a person with one climbing on their neck.
