Poutine!! For those of you not Canadian, this is a French Canadian dish in which french fries (real potatoes cut and deep fried preferably with the skin still on) are covered first by cheese curds and then by beef gravy. So yummy, I could eat it every day!

cheese, cottage cheese! I just discovered today how very much sodium is in cottage cheese. I am supposed to be on a low sodium diet, so this did not fair well for me today.

I love this post! I lose fairly evenly all over, except my calves NEVER shrink!! I have lost 34 pounds and they haven't moved, neither has my neck, though I have lost my double chin, and my face is thinner, not my neck though. It's still 14 inches and my calves are still 18! :grumble: I have huge calves, they have always…

I am going to try this. I used to make homemade (deep fried) chips like this when my kids were younger, but I haven't in a while. I bet they would love this as an alternative and I know it will be a good snack for me!

I do about 35 minutes 5Xweek. However, I am working on increasing it until I am at an hour.

I second the above poster. Just buy a few cute things to get you through. Then do a BIG splurge at the end. Because YES, you WILL get there!

Don't forget that those of us who are heavier are going to burn more calories doing the same exercise for the same amount of time. Sorry about that. I do dread the day when i only burn 200-300 calories in a workout. BUT I will be happy about it because it means I will have lost more weight.

At one point I weighed 100 pounds more than my hubby. He was very sick and underweight while I had just recently had our 4th and was very overweight. Now He has gained some and I have lost some (about the same amount in fact!) so I am getting closer to being less than him. ONe day, hopefully thiis year, I will be! We can…

I know I bought a new one too and I gained 10 pounds! It was awful. However, I just adjusted my starting number and my current number. So it still show I lost the same amount, I just have an extra 10 pounds to lose to reach my goal!

I am with you on that! I think it is one of the hardest parts on the DVD! Now I am doing CardioMax (Biggest Loser) and I can do the jump rope and jumping jacks without a problem now! So it will get easier!

If you have set your activity as sedentary, then I would log it as activity when you're at work and you break a sweat. Without a doubt you will be more hungry on those days due to calories burned. Since it is not consistant I wouldn't change your activity level. Hope that makes sense.

It probably is supposed to be, but I took weekends off and did it M-F and while I didn't lose a ton of weight I lost a lot of inches.

I wish I could "quote" your profile pic because IT ROCKS!!!! Go Canucks!!!! And I have to agree, I do the same thing. Sometimes my very loving hubby says ummm...and then I think about it and sometimes I still eat and sometimes I don't. I wish there was a magic cure.
