  • I make a great broccoli bun with the broccoli soup mix. I have the recipe. I will have to look it up for you tomorrow.
  • Put the scale in an incovient location after your weigh in. It's not nearly as tempting to weigh yourself when you have to go get a step stool to get the scale off a high shelf in the closet. :)
  • I didn't read all the replies, but if you can stretch it to 22 minutes, I would go buy the 30 Day Shred and do it every day. It is amazing! It has cardio, abs and strength.

  • My kids watching Little House on the Prairie.
  • check out www.biggerbras.com They have a clearance on, or they did recently, and they have some really good sports bras for around $32. They take returns if they don't fit.
  • Yep, my poor daughter. She has size 32G and is a size 4. And she is still a teen.
  • Yes, they do. But I've never seen the Zevia brand pop up here. However diet crush pop is made with splenda instead of aspartame. For me, I just gave up diet pop and am drinking crystal light and water. I'm sure I'll still have pop when I go to a restaurant, but that is not often. Stevia is usually found with the other…
  • I don't really eat much for breakfast. Then I eat my main meal at lunch (12:30). Usually what most people would have at supper. For supper (7pm) I eat a light meal like soup, salad, sandwich or leftovers. I try not to eat at night, but I still usually have enough calories left for a fruit or something at night. It works…
  • I never really thought about people being food addicts until I had a girl stay with us for 3 weeks. She was very obese and it was sad. She would eat a 2lb bag of baby carrots, bags of peas or spinach, apples, oranges, any fruit really in great quantity. She would also super-size her fast food meals. I knew that cutting out…
  • i put shredded cabbage and carrot. You could try that.
  • I had 4 kids in 5 years. The first was born in Florida, the second and third in South Africa and the last in Canada. I'm with the lady that hasn't had a pap smear, I have had 2 and don't have plans for any more though I know I should so don't yell at me. :blushing:
  • Man when I lived in BC (Canada) we got $1000 per child and I thought we were doing well! Now we are in Saskatchewan and they provide---NOTHING! Not so fun to pay for it all, but worth the investment I say!
  • that is what i wondered, but there is no sugar on the ingredient list. Only prunes and the preservative.
  • Love it!! I may have to steal it for my girl next year. She'll be right at that stage.
  • I am so uncoordinated too! I do biggest Loser cardio Max and I can follow it completely. They work up to each movement by building on the one before. It's great and a good workout!
  • It would depend on the serving size. I try and estimate how many cups there is and then make 1 cup a serving. That way when I serve it I can take how many cups I want and know I am logging it fairly correctly.
  • I had mine done 17 years ago, which was a month after my 17th birthday. It was amazing! I could actually participate in gym for my senior year. I wasn't overweight then, though never "skinny". However, I couldn't find bras to fit me at a 34-whoknowswhat. I went down to a 34c which was great. Even with weight gain and 4…
  • You should try berries in them! Strawberries, Saskatoon berries, Blueberries. So yummy and almost like a dessert perogie.
  • love that show!! I don't watch it til it comes on line though so I didn't know about emily. Oh, well I'll watch it anyways. :) It's all good.
  • WE have them all the time and we just boil them for about 7 minutes. Then drain and if you want mix a little butter/marg in so they don't stick together. Serve them with light/ff sour cream or cream gravy. For cream gravy you melt marg/butter in a skillet and add flour to make a roux. Then add milk or cream (I use 1% milk)…
  • That is nuts!! I am happy to say I have never drank anything on there (except the McD's milkshake as a kid). I read i to my hubby and he is never having one again.
  • In Canada, the No name brand ones are 380 cal/package and 14 grams of fat. Not such a good ratio. On the upside they have 4 grams of fibre. However, the sodium is through the roof at 1840mg, now I presume that alot of that is in the "chicken salt" as my kids call it. When I lived in South Africa you could buy fat-free ones…
  • Yah, this made me so sad when I looked it up. It was my favourite salad ever.
  • eat it raw! These are one of my favourites veggies to eat raw. I also grate it and add it to almost anything. It can go it spaghetti sauce, stir fry, cakes, soups, ect. I also love it roasted and making zucchini boats. When you grate it, you can freeze it also. Put it in a ziploc bag, remove all air, and seal. It's good in…
  • I don't think you would taste it as I make green smoothies and you can't taste it in there! I'm going to try these.
  • That was hilarious!! I had tears running down my face and my 5 y/o saying tell me the joke mommy, what's so funny.
  • I usually just add a handful to my salads. That being said I use this dressing for broccoli salad (not sure how healthy it is :) ) 1/2 cup light mayo/salad dressing, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, dash of salt. I don't actually meausre any of those ingrediants, but that is what I would start with and then adjust according to…
  • Thanks i really needed this today. I have been almost 2 months of not losing anything after 6 months of losing 34 pounds. It has been a struggle staying faithful and this has inspired me.
  • yep, I bought a new one and weighed 10 pounds heavier, so I went in and adjusted my starting weight to reflect my "new" starting weight so I could still see the loss.
