  • Fibre One Honey CLusters are my fav and keep me full longest. They have 13g fiber per cup. Also weight control oatmeal. It has 6g fiber per packet. yum.
  • Def weigh before, because depending on how long you cook it depends on how much water it will absorb thus the weight will vary after it is cooked. But yes 2oz dry is about 1 cup cooked.

  • When I am going on my elliptical I watch an episode of something on my laptop. There are no commercials (well very short ones) and I know I'm going to get about 45 minutes in. I often watch American's Next Top Model, which some people found odd, but I just like the show!

  • what do you have your activity level set at? If it is set to active or lightly active, I would not log it unless it is something out of the ordinary/extremely hard. If you have it set to sedentry then I would log some of it.
  • So the best chicken ever (I got it off this site..I don't take credit!) 4-6 chicken breasts 1 jar salsa 1 can cheese soup (Campbells is what I use) IN the bottom of your slow cooker lay the chicken.   • I don't think so. I go hard at mine at according to it I take 35 minutes to burn 100 calories. It makes no sense to me, since I weigh 230 pounds, there is NO way I am only burning 100 calories.
